Frequently asked questions
General
Coaches partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Executive coaching is done at the CEO, President, founder or senior leadership level of the organization. Coaching is a way of working with people that leaves them more competent and more fulfilled so that they are more able to contribute to their organizations and find meaning in what they are doing.
An executive coach is a qualified professional who works with individuals (usually executives, but often high-potential leaders) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board. This is done in one-to-one confidential meetings with the coach and coachee.
Confidentiality is the foundation of a productive coaching relationship. Anything you share during a coaching session will remain strictly confidential. I am bound to disclose information only when a credible threat of harm to you or another individual exists, or when documentation of the conversation is subpoenaed in a court of law.
